Objective : To increase udacity’s monthly click through rate by 20%

  • Identified relevant head and tail keywords with the highest potential to drive targeted users to the page using Moz keyword explorer tool.

  • Performed a technical audit on udacity’s website and suggested a more optimized title tag and meta description

  • Suggested a revised version of the page’s alt-tag.

  • Wrote three blog topics that incorporated the highest potiential keywords.

  • Performed a backlink audit on the webpage using the Moz open site explorer tool.

  • Researched websites the page can gain backlink from using SEMRush tool.

  • Did a site performance audit on the page using site checker tool, Google page speed and Think with Google tools to check for the number of indexed pages, page speed and mobile friendliness respectively.

  • Suggested recommendations that would improve the website.
